We are glad to announce that the BioViewPoint project led by our own @RubenRemelgado has been selected for funding from @CU_ESIIL!
Another success made possible through the networking activities of EarthBridge
The BioViewPoint working group will explore the use of biodiversity data to map environmental change using remote sensing.
The project will receive funding over the course of 2 years from the Environmental Data Science Innovation & Inclusion Lab (ESIIL), an NSF-funded data synthesis center led by the University of Colorado Boulder. The leaders of BioViewPoint are Ruben Remelgado from TUD and Michela Perrone from CZU. The project will further include several partners from the USA, Canada, and Brazil.
